A few things before you go.
What does the three-month minimum mean?
A three-month commitment lets us offer a lower cost per visit than buying a day pass each time. You pay monthly from the start. After your first three months, billing continues monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What will I pay today?
Just the first month of the membership you choose. You do not pay three months upfront.
When can we visit?
Come whenever you like during opening hours, within your membership’s visit allowance: Lite includes one visit per week per child, Plus includes three, and Epic includes unlimited visits. Every visit is an all-day pass. Leave for lunch or a nap and return that same day—it still counts as one visit.
Who can use the membership?
Each membership belongs to one child. For two children, buy two memberships; for three children, buy three. A parent or guardian must stay on-site and supervise.
Do we need socks or a waiver?
Yes. Play Park socks are required and come with your membership. Extra pairs are $3—keep one at home and one in the car. Every visitor must sign a waiver before playing; complete it online before you arrive to skip the waiver line.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Your membership renews automatically with each monthly payment. After the first three months, you can cancel anytime by calling Play Park at (682) 400-4995.
Can we add a child or change our plan?
Yes. Add a membership for each additional child at the same per-child price. You can also upgrade or downgrade between Lite, Plus and Epic anytime. A Play Park team member will help you make the change.
