Brought my 16 month old here for a play date and he had the best time! There were plenty of things for him to do and the staff was very friendly. We will be returning.

I have a 2 year old and a 3 and a half year old- they LOVE it here! I just had to upgrade to the unlimited membership because they wanted to come so often. Very clean, staff is so sweet and helpful! Perfect place to come run some energy off- especially with the hot summer around the corner!

Not too crowded. Play area is great because it’s not too big and you can see your kid from pretty much any angle. Not sure if under construction still but there were lots of large patches that have not been repainted and power outlets without covers in the rest/table area.Staff was friendly but not paying attention to other parents walking in play area with shoes on. They make you buy the socks so you would assume everyone is following the rules.

Literally a lifesaver but when you have little kids and a kid playing an AAU I will most definitely recommend this to me anyway from anywhere!!They were so kind and courteous and MINDFUL of the kids and parents.

Not a fan of having to pay for socks every single time and also adults have to pay to get in. May as well take your kiddos up the street to the trampoline park instead.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience at PlayPark MTX for our daughter’s 4th birthday party! Right from the start, they were incredibly organized, providing us with all the necessary information and even making the waiver process a breeze for our guests upon arrival. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised to find socks waiting for us on the table. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from owner Douglas and his staff. Despite having a record-setting day, they took the time to ensure everything went smoothly. Kennedy and Ostin were outstanding, going above and beyond to help in every way possible. I have no clue how they keep this place so clean, but they do an exceptional job! Our party day turned out to be far easier than I had anticipated thanks to all of them. The best part? PlayPark MTX doesn’t overwhelm the kids with loud music, flashy screens, or lights. Instead, it’s a haven of pure, controlled fun in a comfortable climate. If you’re looking for a fantastic place for your child’s party, PlayPark MTX is the answer. Kudos to the team for making our experience memorable and stress-free!

very rude staff, very small play area, you are asked to pay for the adults even if you are in the waiting area and not going inside.

My son and I come here quite often. It's a great place to go with toddlers and let them play especially in 100+ degree weather. My son has Autism and alot of play places are overstimulating for him. But at Play Park he plays freely and has a blast. Everytime we go the space is clean and we have a membership so we go often. The owner and employees have always been nice and accommodating to us. We love this place.

Today was my first time here and my 2 year old toddler girls had a blast! The staff were incredibly informative of the process to play. Not sure why people are upset about paying for socks when you have to do the same thing for a trampoline park and bounce houses. The facility was very clean with a great temperature inside. I appreciate the staff addressing children and their parents for not following the rules to keep everyone safe. Nothing is worse than paying for playtime ruined by unruly kids. We will make this a weekly visit for my crew. Thanks for everything and Your Service!

Inadequate air conditioning, filthy equipment, rude employees and extremely crowded. If you purchase the birthday party package which covers 15 guests, and 4 guests don't show up. You have to pay an additional charge of $15 for each guest who doesn't show. Even though your party package already prepaid for your guests. This place is a complete ripoff.
I had an incredibly disappointing visit to Play Park MTX, and I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. This indoor playground area has some of the worst policies I've ever encountered. First and foremost, the play area is astonishingly tiny, leaving almost no room for enjoyable play.To make matters worse, it's astounding that they charge for every little thing, including the air you breathe! Yes, you read that right. You have to pay an entrance fee of $11, which is already quite high for such a subpar facility. But that's not all – you also have to pay an additional $3.5 for socks of all sizes, even if you're just there to watch your child play. Oh, and don't forget the "watch fee" of $1.5 per adult, just to stand and observe. It's truly ludicrous! When I questioned the staff about these exorbitant charges, they dismissively explained that the reason for the fees was that I was utilizing their "promise," whatever that means. It's clear they're just trying to squeeze every last cent from their visitors.Adding insult to injury, the Pogo pass, which I was foolish enough to purchase, hardly covers anything, rendering it practically useless. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money by staying away from Play Park MTX. Your child's playtime will be limited to a mere 15 minutes in this laughably minuscule playground. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Play Park MTX. Their policies are exploitative, the play area is disappointingly small, and it's a place that will leave you feeling cheated. Spare yourself the frustration and find a better indoor playground that actually values its customers.

This is a great place to take your toddlers and tire them out.I am grateful this place exists in Mansfield. It is very difficult to find things to do like this with the little ones as you can only find places aimed at older kids.It is a great alternative to the city parks in summer especially. The premises are clean. The older kids have the climbing and sliding area. So fun for them.Younger children, 0-4, have a Toddler Area with soft blocks to play. You can take your kids and work from there (at least send emails, can get loud for phone calls).I was told our pass is good for the entire day. You get a bracelet that guarantees you entrace if you decide to leave to eat, but you can also bring your food and eat there. Our first time we made it a playdate with friends and we spent 6 hours there and the kids did not want to leave. They knocked out right after dinner. Yay for that!Definitely check it out!
