I had an incredibly disappointing visit to Play Park MTX, and I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. This indoor playground area has some of the worst policies I've ever encountered. First and foremost, the play area is astonishingly tiny, leaving almost no room for enjoyable play.To make matters worse, it's astounding that they charge for every little thing, including the air you breathe! Yes, you read that right. You have to pay an entrance fee of $11, which is already quite high for such a subpar facility. But that's not all – you also have to pay an additional $3.5 for socks of all sizes, even if you're just there to watch your child play. Oh, and don't forget the "watch fee" of $1.5 per adult, just to stand and observe. It's truly ludicrous! When I questioned the staff about these exorbitant charges, they dismissively explained that the reason for the fees was that I was utilizing their "promise," whatever that means. It's clear they're just trying to squeeze every last cent from their visitors.Adding insult to injury, the Pogo pass, which I was foolish enough to purchase, hardly covers anything, rendering it practically useless. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money by staying away from Play Park MTX. Your child's playtime will be limited to a mere 15 minutes in this laughably minuscule playground. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Play Park MTX. Their policies are exploitative, the play area is disappointingly small, and it's a place that will leave you feeling cheated. Spare yourself the frustration and find a better indoor playground that actually values its customers.
