How Your Birthday Party Works
Your two-hour table reservation includes time for setup, celebrating and cleanup. Table access begins at your booked start time. When your reservation ends, please clear the party tables and move to regular seating. Then keep the birthday fun going in the playground for the rest of the day, as long as no private event is booked.

Can we bring food and decorations?
Yes. Bring the food, drinks and decorations you want for your celebration. Review the decoration and setup guidelines before planning your party.
How long is our party, and can we keep playing afterward?
Your Toddler, Plus or Epic table reservation includes two hours for setup, celebrating and cleanup. Table access begins at your booked start time, so early setup is not available. When your reservation ends, please finish cleanup, clear the party tables and move to regular seating. After the candles and cake, the playground fun can keep going for the rest of the day, as long as no private event is booked.
Do adults count even if they do not play?
Yes. Children and adults are listed separately in each package. Count everyone attending, including adults who will not use the playground. Children remain under their accompanying adult’s supervision.
How do we book and pay for a birthday party?
Choose a package and an available future date in the booking calendar. A 50% deposit reserves your party. The remaining balance, including additional guests and purchases, is due at the end of the party. If the default date says “Online sales closed,” select the future date you are planning.
Is the Toddler Party only for toddlers?
No. Toddler is the name of our smaller party package; it is not exclusively for toddlers. It includes 5 children, including the birthday child, 10 adults and 2 reserved tables for a two-hour reservation.
What if we cancel or need to change the date?
Cancellations are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for another product. Rescheduling is free more than 15 days before the party; a $50 fee applies 15 days or fewer before your party. Contact the team to change your booking.
